SHIPPING

What is the cost of shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you're looking for a quote on a larger piece of furniture that does not calculate at checkout, please email shop@studiochora.com for a quote.

When will my order arrive? If your order is with one of our private shippers, they will contact you 24-hours prior to arrival—an estimated lead time is provided at purchase.

If your order is with USPS, please wait for your tracking number to check the status of your package. Products are carefully packed using second-use packing materials. Studio Chora pays for additional insurance on all shipments—so if damage occurs during shipment, photograph the item and box that it arrived in and initiate a return by emailing shop@studiochora.com. Return the item using the same shipping box and shipping materials that the item arrived in.

PICKUPS

Can I pick up instead of having it shipped? Yes, please email shop@studiochora.com to schedule a time to pickup at our New Mexico studio located at Harwood Art Center.

When can I pick up my order? Pickup appointments are on Monday through Friday from 12-6pm. Please email us with a day/time that works for you and one of our team members will schedule your appointment: shop@studiochora.com

APPOINTMENTS

Can I make an appointment to view something? Appointments can be made to view specific items, but our studio is not open for shopping. Please let us know which item(s) you would like to see from our website, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly: shop@studiochora.com

DISCOUNTS

Are your vintage items negotiable? All our prices are firm.

Trade Accounts: Please provide your company's website and a valid Tax ID. If approved, one of our team members will get back to you shortly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Studio Chora's plaster products are lightly sealed--meaning they retain a chalk-like, natural finish. Oils, polishes, harsh chemicals will hurt this surface. Light dusting is all that is needed to keep the surface clean.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order? A return for the item may be initiated within 3 days of delivery.*

Return Shipping Fee

  • A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Additional Notes

Items may be returned or exchanged in perfect condition up to 7 days after the initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Contact to initiate the returns process within 3 days. Buyer must pay return shipping fees. *Custom orders are not eligible for return. *If damage occurs during shipment, reach out directly--Studio Chora will ask for photos of the damaged item (showing SKU tag) as well as photos of the box it was shipped in. The item must be returned in its original box with original packing materials inside. In-stock items are eligible for a replacement, out-of-stock items will receive a full refund.

Can I return my order once it has arrived?

Products may be returned or exchanged in perfect condition up to 7 days after the initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Contact shop@studiochora.com to initiate the returns process within 3 days. Please note that all products are handmade. Review product photos carefully or contact directly at shop@studiochora.com to inquire about specific concerns. Buyer must pay return shipping fees, please retain and ship back using the original box and shipping material.

*Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged during shipment.

What if damage occurs during shipment? Reach out directly--we will ask for photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the box it was shipped in . The item must be returned in its original box with original packing materials inside. In-stock items are eligible for a replacement, out-of-stock items will receive a full refund.

STOCK / QUANTITIES

Is this item available? How many do you have? If a product says "sold out," it is no longer available. All quantities can be found on our website by "adding to cart." The Space Invader lamps are one-of-a-kind but a ‘sibling’ may be purchased—this will be another Invader with its own unique N.001. Note that some Space Invaders are made of paper pulp while others are plaster, the material for each invader will be listed on its description page and the paper pulp vs the plaster have similar exterior appearances but a slightly different appearance on the interior lamp shade of the light fixture. If you can add more than one quantity to your cart, then these stock numbers are accurate.
